The assault caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
